Meet Helen
Helen Vonderheide has been teaching the Akashic Records for over a decade, supporting students in developing a direct, relational, and embodied connection with the Akashic Field. Over the years, her work has evolved through the integration of Somatic Experiencing®, creating a unique approach that bridges intuitive knowing with the intelligence of the body.
Through the Embodied Akashic Records Practitioner Certification, Helen guides practitioners, helping professionals, coaches, healers, intuitives, and seekers in developing the skills, discernment, and embodied capacity to work with the Akashic Records in grounded, relational, and integrity-led ways.
Her approach goes beyond accessing information from the Akashic Records. It explores how to remain present with what emerges, track shifts within the Soma and the Akasha, and support meaningful integration through embodied practice. Students learn to recognize patterns, deepen observational awareness, and cultivate the capacity to facilitate the unfolding relationship between the wisdom of the body and the insights of the Akashic Field.
Rooted in Somatic Experiencing®, Decolonial frameworks, and experiential practitioner development, Helen’s work combines mentorship, structured skill-building, live demonstration, and relational practice. Her students are supported in moving beyond intellectual understanding into a living relationship with their intuition, their bodies, and the Akashic Records.
At the heart of Helen’s work is an invitation to develop Embodied Inner Knowing: the ability to personalize, access, trust, and embody the beauty that arises within.
