Helen Vonderheide is a global educator specializing in transformative perspectives such as the Akashic Records, Decoloniality, Somatic Experiencing, and Empirical Research.
Since 2014, Helen has delved into the Akashic Records, becoming a certified teacher under Linda Howe's lineage in 2015. Reflecting on the evolution of her practice, Helen acknowledges a continuous and expansive growth that has been unfolding. It provided the clarity to embark on her unique path as an Akashic Records teacher, empowering others to personalize access to this infinite resource, fostering creativity and personal growth.
Helen discovered the power of attentive listening, unknowingly laying the foundation for her authentic evolution. She incorporates a decolonial lens to address colonial imprints, promoting togetherness and cultural reverence.
Her teachings birthed two revolutionary bodies of work: Pathways of the Heart and Intergenerational Biofield Healing. The former guides participants in aligning human and soul expressions in relationships, while the latter focuses on harmonizing the body's biofield, offering benefits such as enhanced coherence and somatic awareness.
