Akashic Record Reading Policy

Please read our policies thoroughly before scheduling your appointment:

Akashic Record readings are subjective. You, others, and your environment have the free will and choice to change, shift, and alter the possible outcomes shared through your reading. Your reality and experience with life are fluid and evolves.

If you are not connecting with the reading or the reader, please stop the reading within the first 10 minutes or less, otherwise, the full fee will be charged in order to properly compensate the reader for their time.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please do so through the confirmation email sent to you immediately after you booked your appointment. You have up until 24 hours before your appointment to cancel. Refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee that is taken from the cost of the booking. Readings are 100% confidential.

Please note: Helen is based in Eastern Time Zone.

Policy for Refunds: For any refunded or canceled session or class, there will be a 5% processing fee.

EMERGENCY READINGS

Policy for Emergency Readings

For any readings outside of listed availability, the reading fee
will be doubled (a 30-minute reading will be $390, a 60-minute will be $780) Please email us with any questions or to schedule an emergency reading first. Please do not purchase a reading or emergency reading unless Helen has confirmed an appointment with you. You can make your payment here.
